Rice flour (paeng khao jaao in Thai) is used for many desserts or sweets in Thailand. Note that there are two types of rice flour in Thailand - this type is not sticky (non-glutinous) and is sometimes referred to as plain rice flour. It is coarse in texture and when cooked becomes soft and smooth.
Store in a cool dry place, well sealed, for up to one year
