Black Sweet Soy Sauce (see-yew dahm wahn in Thai) is rich and thick. Dark in color, it is used primarily for for making particular sweet Thai snacks. It is even sweeter than Thai black soy sauce and thick like ketchup. Also perfect for dipping Shrimp Crackers, Crispy Duck, Beijing Duck, Crispy Pork and Roast Pork.
Store up to one year at room temperature once opened.
Healthy Boy brand is produced by Yan Wal Yun Company, which was established in 1947 as a family business. Today it is one of the largest sauce companies in Thailand. Ingredients: Brown sugar, refined sugar, soy sauce, glucose syrup and water.
