Steam Pot - 30cm (12 inches) by Diamond
This is a three part stacked steamer for use on a hob. Also known as a Chinese style steamer. Made of alluminum by Diamond, it is 30cm in diameter.
The bottom layer holds the water, the next two have holes for the steam and then the lid is domed to prevent the water dripping on the food. It's much more versatile than a bamboo steamer and a lot easier to clean. Commonly used for cooking items such as spring rolls, Thai desserts etc.
