Miracle Knife - (8 inch) by Kiwi
Use this multipurpose Miracle knife to quickly prepare apples, carrots, mangos, etc. The sharp straight-edged blade easily peels, pares, and carves fruits and vegetables, with the rotating blade (see illustrations below). The hollow handle is a convenient tool for coring cucumbers and other vegetables or fruits.
To peel, the protrusion on the front part of the knife is used for peeling oranges, lychees, etc. Press it on the pole, then slit to the bottom, to peel easily.
To core, the handle end can be used for coring cucumbers, apples, jujubes, etc. Insert the handle into the center, turn slightly and pull out.
The plastic handle is dishwasher safe. Illustrated directions are included with the knife.
The rotating blade is manufactured from high-grade cutlery stainless steel for outstanding sharpness. Rotate at an angle to easily peel larger fruits.
To carve, wind the black part of the knife counter clock-wise until the sharp end points out. Use this part to stab the center of soft fruits or vegetables, such as tomatoes, cucumbers. Continue in this manner around the fruit/vegetable for a decorative 'V'-shaped pattern.
