Panang Curry Paste is another kind of curry that prepared with less coconut milk and more dry. Cooked with choice of meat, but beef is the most flavorful choice. Usually vegetable is not added, except finely chopped daffir lime leaves spinkle on top for garnish as well as flavor.
Ingredients : Chili 22%, Garlic 10%, Spices 15%, Lemonglass 10%, Salt 10%, Shallot 12%, Kaffirlime Peel 5%, Galangal 8% and Shrimp Paste 5%.
