Delivery Details
Please note: The cut off date for placing your fresh products order will be Wednesday, with delivery scheduled for the following Wednesday. This is because all our fresh food in flown in directly from Thailand on a weekly basis to ensure you get the freshest possible products. We strongly suggest you choose express delivery if you order contains any fresh products, to maintain freshness of these items. We DO NOT recommend you order any fresh products if you live in the Scottish highlands and islands, northern Ireland, channel islands or EU countries.
We aim to despatch the goods within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received.
Delivery times (these are in working week days after the day of dispatch):
- Standard delivery: 2-3 days
- Express delivery: 1-2 days
- Delivery to Europe: 3-4 days
Note: Delivery to the Scottish highlands and islands, northern Ireland and the channel islands will take 3 days.

- Delivery to other Islands (excluding Channel Islands): £14.95 (30kg limit)
