A blend of salt, spices and flavourings specially formulated to provide a barbecue flavour for meat or poultry dishes.

Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, WHEAT Flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), Rusk (WHEAT Flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin)), Ground Paprika, Yeast Extract, Ground Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Smoke Flavourings, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (SOYA) (including colour E150d), Flavourings, Acidity Regulator (E330), Anti-caking Agent (E551), Spice Extracts (including colour E160c).

SUGGESTED USAGE

Rub or sprinkle 1-2 tsp of seasoning per 400g of poultry, meat or fish.
