Instant Noodles (Shrimp Tom Yum) (60g) by Mama

Directions:
1. Put the noodles and condiments into 1 1/2 cups (350ml), of boiling water.
2. Cover for 3 minutes.
3. Ready for serving.

Ingredients:
Noodle: Wheat Flour (78.31%), Palm Oil, Salt, Sugar, Thickener (E466), Acidity Regulator (E500, E501), Soy Sauce (Soybean, Salt, Water).
Seasoning: Salt, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (E621, E635), Chilli Powder, Citric Acid (E330), Dried Leek, Shrimp Flavour (0.02%), Lemon Flavour.
Chilli Paste: Palm Oil, Spices, Chilli, Chilli Powder

Tom Yum is a famous soup that originated in Thailand. It is not only delicious, it has also been found to contain immune-boosting power that helps cure flu and cold viruses. The rest of the world remembers Tom Yum for its savory, sour and spicy broth. The broth is made of tamarind, fish sauce, lime juice, galangal, lime leaves, shallots and lemon grass. Crushed chilies are added to the broth giving it its deep orange color and spicy taste. What makes Tom Yum so special is the generous amount of herbs necessary to create the broth.
