Yellow curry paste (50g) by Lobo

Small easy to use sachet.

Ingredients: Garlic 21.0%, Shallot 19.0%, Vegetable Oil (Palm and Soybean) 17.0%, Spices (Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Mustard Powder) 12.0%, Salt 9.5%, Lemongrass 7.5%, Shrimp paste (Shrimp, Salt) 7.0%, Chilli 5.0%, Galangal 2.0%.

Contains shrimp, soybeans. May contain fish derivatives in shrimp paste.
No added MSG, colouring or preservatives.

Directions:

  • Slice 250 g beef or chicken.
  • Heat a skillet and 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk together with contents of the packet. Stir-fry until oil appears on top.
  • Add meat and stir-fry until done. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of water. Bring to the boil.
  • Put in some potato and onion. Cook until tender.
  • Add fish sauce to taste. Serve with cooked rice.
