Small easy to use sachet.

Ingredients: Galingale 57.0%, Shallot 12.0%, Salt 9.0%, Dry Chilli 7.5%, Garlic 7.5%, Lemongrass 5.0%, Shrimp paste (Shrimp, Salt) , Flavouring.

Contains shrimp. May contain fish derivatives in Shrimp Paste.
No added MSG, colouring or preservatives.

Directions:

  • Blend 100g cooked fish or one canned tuna (140g).
  • Heat a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil together with contents of this packet. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until fragnant.
  • Add 2 cups coconut milk (480 ml). Add the blended fish and bring to a boil.
  • Add fish sauce to taste. Serve with vermicelli, pickled leaf mustard, bean sprout and fresh vegetables.
