Soy Sauce (Water, Soyabeans, Salt, Wheat Flour), Garlic, Fermented Salted Black Bean (Black Bean, Water, Salt), Water, Sugar, Salt, Canola Oil, Rice Wine (Water, Rice), Modified Starch, Colour (Plain Caramel), Yeast Extract

Product Usage:
Spareribs in Black Bean Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
Spareribs 300g, minced garlic 1 tsp, diced spring onion
Marinade:
Amoy Black Bean and Garlic Sauce 1 2/3 tbsp, sugar 3/4 tsp, corn starch 1 1/2 tsp, oil 1 tsp
Method:
1. Wash spareribs, wipe dry.
2. Mix with garlic and marinade. Steam spareribs for 12 mins over high heat. Sprinkle diced spring onion.
Storage Condition:
Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated
after use.
