Ingredients:
Seasoning Sachet: Refined Vegetable Oil (Low Erucic Acid Rapeseed Oil), Chilli (16.8%), Salt, Soy Bean Sauce, Ginger, Sichuan Pepper, Garlic, Flavour Enhancers(E621, E635), Shallot, Spices (Sulphites), Yeast Extract, Acidity Regulator (E270), Flavouring, Colour (E160c), Preservative (E202).
Powder Sachet: Starch (Corn Starch), Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Pepper.
Dry Food Sachet: Chilli, Green Sichuan Peppercorn.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Scale and gut a fish of about 1 kg, rinse and slice (or cut into cubes)
2. Marinate the fish with 20g of cooking wine and the powder sachet
3. Boil 700g of water (use chicken soup or bone soup for better result) with the fish bones and the seasoning sachet
4. Add the marinated fish in the pot and cook for 3-5 minutes
5. Heat up 150g of oil and the dry food sachet. Use low heat to fry the chilli until it gives off fragrance. Pour the oil and chilli onto the fish
