Dried Large Chilli (without stem) (100g) by XO
Add these large dried chillies to any recipe to liven it up with fiery flavours! Dried chillies are well known to add a bolder spice level to cooking compared to fresh chillies. Use them chopped into sauces, soups, stews, stir fries and more.
Directions: Simply add 2 or 3 of these chillies to any curry for a flavoursome heat. You can optionally chop them up first, or bash them up with a rolling pin or mortar and pestle. There is no need to soak these chillies; just add straight in!
Optionally, you can de-seed the dried chillies before use to adjust the flavour.
