Drunken Chicken Marinade 410ml by Lee Kum Kee
Drunken chicken marinade allows you to enjoy the flavours of a famous Chinese poultry dish at home. An aromatic flavouring made with rice wine and soy sauce, it gives a distinctive salty-sweetness to dishes. In China drunken chicken is a popular dish for family gatherings or parties. Simply add pieces of cooled, cooked chicken (ideally poached or steamed) to the marinade, cover and chill in the fridge for two hours, then chop the chicken, arrange it on a serving platter and serve it with dipping sauces on the side.
