Introduced by Chinese immigrants to Nagasaki, Gua Bao Buns have been sold in Japan for centuries. As well as being a popular street food in Taiwan, Gua Bao is now often served in Japanese Ramen restaurants as a side dish. Traditionally stuffed with stewed pork bellies and pickles, it can be enjoyed with any fillings of your choice as a side or as a casual street food style meal.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Yeast, Milk Powder, Palm Oil, Corn Starch, Coconut Oil, Salt
Cooking Guidelines
Microwave - From Frozen. Place 2 - 3 pieces of Gua Bao Buns into a microwaveable container and sprinkle a small amount of water on the buns. Cover with a lid and microwave on medium heat for 1 minute (800W).
Tip: Do not use high heat to prevent drying out the bun.; Steam - From Frozen. Place frozen Gua Bao Buns in a steamer as soon as the water has started to boil. Steam for 5-8 minutes on medium heat.
