Indonesian Rendang Gulai Paste Packet (Hot) 50g by Asian Home Gourmet
Rendang is basically a meat dish of Indonesian origin with an extra spicy flavour. The hot, dry curry of tenderly simmered meat has a rich coconut taste flavoured with robust, tangy spices.

How to use:
- Heat oil in non-stick saucepan on medium heat. Add Spice Paste an stir-fry for half a minute.
- Add meat and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Lower heat, add coconut milk and bring to boil. Simmer and cover for 30 minutes.
- Lift the cover and continue to simmer for another 20 minutes or until meat is tender and gravy almost dries. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Garnish.
Ingredients: Red chilli, soyabean oil, shallot, galangal, garlic, sugar, ginger, lemongrass, ground turmeric, coriander, cumin, natural herbs and spices (cinnamon, white pepper, mustard seeds, cloves).
