Kurma Sauce Kuah Kurma 180g by Brahims

Water, Coconut Milk (24%), Onion, Palm Oil, Spices (Coriander, Ginger, Cumin, White Pepper, Fennel, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Clove) (6%), Salt, Candlenut, Lime Juice, Modified Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Palm Fat, Garlic, Yeast Extract.

Cooking Instructions (Serves 4):
1. Add 300g diced chicken or beef and 1 packet of Brahim's Kurma Sauce to 300 ml (1 1/4 cup) water
2. Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes or until meat is tender
3. To enhance flavour, add 150g of vegetables, e.g. potatoes, red chillies and onions. Serve hot
