Malaysian Chicken Curry Sauce 190g by Woh Hup
A crowd favourite, this Malaysian dish can be quickly and easily prepared using Woh Hup Chicken Curry Paste!
Simply add chicken, potatoes and creamed coconut to savour a culinary delight within
minutes.
Ingredients: Onion, Soybean Oil, Water, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Chilli, Lemongrass, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Turmeric, Galangal, Ginger, Curry Leaves, Thickener (E1422), Turmeric Leaves, Preservative (E211)
Cooking Suggestion: Malaysian Curry Chicken (Serves 3-4)
In a pot, add 80g (5tbsps) of Woh Hup Malaysian Chicken Curry Sauce, 550g chicken (cut into pieces) and 2 potatoes (cut into cubes). Mix well abd saute with medium heat for 5 minutes. Add 100-150ml water, cover with lid, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until chicken and potatoes are cooked. Add in 15g coconut cream powder or creamed coconut and bring to boil. Stir well and serve hot.
