Mushroom Flavour Hot Pot Seasoning 150g by Haidilao
Ingredients: Water, Salt, Soybean oil, Porchini Mushrooms 4%, Seasoning (Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate), Sugar, Dextrose, Soybean Paste (Water, Soybean, Wheat Flour, Salt, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate)), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Flavour Enhancer (Disodium 5'-Ribonucleotides), Flavouring, Ginger), Yeast Extract, Shiitake 1.4%, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium 5'-Ribonucleotides), Flavouring, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate)
For Hot pot:
Pour the product into 1000ml of water the pot, add some spring onions, ginger slices, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms. Once water boils, add ingredients, and enjoy it. Serve with Hai Di Lao Hot Pot Dip for better taste.
Prepare tofu and mushroom broth:
1. Slice five mushrooms and cut one box of beancurd into cubes for later use.
2. Add 1000ml of water. Once the water boils, add beancurd cubes, black mushroom slices, and the product. After cooking for another three minutes, add chopped spring onions and enjoy.
