Recipe: Stir-Fried Pepper Salt Prawns
1. Prepare 750g prawns. Cut through back shells with scissors. Peel off shells, leaving on heads and tails. De-vein with sharp knife. Wash, rinse and let dry
2. In a wok, bring 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil to high heat
3. Add all the prawns and fry thoroughly. Empty the contents of this packet slowly and evenly over the prawns
4. Stir-fry until done. Do not overcook. Serve on a plate
Tips: Squids, scallops, lobsters and fish fillets can also be used.
Store in a cool, dry place.
