Cooking Suggestion: Sambal Prawn with Stink Beans (Buah Petai) Serves 2-3
Heat up a pan with 2tsps of oil, stir fry 220g (14 tbsps) of Woh Hup Sambal Shrimp Paste for 1 minute. Add in stink beans or asparagus and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add in 1kg of prawns (remove shells) stir fry until prawns are cooked. Dish out and serve hot.
