Boil in the bag rice: Rice (100%).
Sushi seasoning: Sugar, Spirit vinegar (32%), Rice vinegar (15%), Salt, Cane molasses.
Sushi ginger: Ginger (60%), Water, Salt, Acidity regulator [Acetic acid, Citric acid, Malic acid], Preservative [Potassium sorbate], Sweetener [Aspartame*, Acesulfame potassium, Saccharin sodium and Sucralose].

Soy sauce: Water, Soybeans (15%), Wheat, Salt, Alcohol (Ethanol).
