Sweet And Sour Seasoning 30g by Lobo
This delicious Chinese influenced dish is popular all over the world. In Thailand it is made with a wide variety of vegetables and a good dose of chilli.
Ingredients: Sugar 62.5%, Corn Starch 12.5%, Vinegar Powder 4.8%, Tomato Powder 4%, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soybean, Maize, Maltodextrin) 3.3%, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate) 2.9%, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid) 2.8%, Spices (Cinnamon, Chilli, White Pepper, Clove) 2.8%, Salt 2.5%, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Tricalcium Phosphate) 1.5%, Flavouring 0.4%

Recipe for Sweet and Sour
Prepare and cut 500 g of any meat or fish.
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan.
Add the meat and one tablespoon of soy sauce. Stir fry until the meat is done.
Add ¼ cup (60 ml) of water, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in ¾ cup (180 ml) of water. Cut 2 carrots into cubes, 1 onion and green bell pepper into squares. Add the sauce mix and the vegetables into the pan. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat.
Add 1 cup (120 g) drained pineapple chunks. Stir and cover the pan for 5 minutes. Serve while hot.
