Traditional Chilli Infused Oil with Shrimp 110g by Way-On
Way-On traditional chilli oil with shrimp is widely regarded to be one of best varieties available. Infused with chillies, shrimps, shallots, garlic and sesame oil, this chilli oil makes a wonderful and rich finishing flavour.
Pour the chilli oil with shrimp into a dipping bowl and serve it with dim sum or tempura. Also try adding a spoonful of chilli oil to steaming bowls of soups just before serving, or mix it into a delicious dressing for cucumber salads.
Ingredients: vegetable oil (rapeseed oil, antifoaming agent: E900) (81.9%), dried chilli (7.8%), garlic flakes, fried shallots (shallots, wheat flour, palm oil), dried shrimp (shrimp, salt) (2%), shrimp paste (shrimp, salt, wheat flour, cane sugar) (2%), sesame oil (sesame oil, soybean oil), salt, flavour enhancers: E621, E631.
