INGREDIENTS:
Rice noodles (51%): rice flour 92%, water, tapioca starch, salt.
Spice mix & Herb sachet (17.2%): sugar, salt, yeast extract, black pepper, cinnamon bark, anise seed, cloves, cardamon.
Black soybean sauce (15.9%): Soybeans 50%, water, sugar, salt, corn starch, thickener: Xanthan gum, colour: plain caramel, antioxidant: citric acid, acetic acid, preservatives: potassium sorbate.
Vietnamese Chilli sauce (15.9%): Water, sugar, fish sauce (anchovy (fish), salt, water), refined corn starch, chilli extract 2.3%, garlic extract, salt, vinegar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
