Ingredients: Rice Flour 87.7%, Water 12.3%, Salt
Keep in dry & cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
Cooking Instructions:
Cooking dry vermicelli directly in boiling water
Fresh Rice Noodles:
Cook rice vermicelli in boiling water for 8 minutes, then take out and rinse with cool water until vermicelli is cool. Drain off water and serve as fresh vermicelli. Fresh rice vermicelli can be preserved for 6-8 hours. You can use fresh vermicelli with roasted meat, deep - fried springs rolls or with broth of your choice.
Pan-Fried Rice Noodles:
Cook rice vermicelli in boiling water for 7 minutes, take them out, rinse by cool water and drain off water, Prepare a hot pan, add some cooking oil, add your favourite meat, vegetables, mushroom, seafood and seasoning, and stir fry evenly for a couple of minutes. After the mixture is cooked, add vermicelli into the pan, mix all and stir fry for about 30 seconds. The pan fried vermicelli is not ready to be served.
Caution: Do not soak rice vermicelli in cool water before cooking in boiling water. Otherwise rice vermicelli will not be as dry as cooking in boiling water.
