Rajah Cumin is the dried ripe seed of the cumin plant and has a strong aroma and an earthy, warming flavour.

Adding cooked, whole or freshly ground cumin to lentils, curries, sabjis (vegetable dish), chutneys, biryanis, and pulaos gives them a nutty texture and adds depth of flavour.

Store cumin seeds and cumin powder in a cool, dark space, away from direct heat and sunlight in tightly closed containers when not in use.
