Panang Curry Paste 100g packet by Kanokwan

Ingredients: Chilli 36.0%, Lemongrass 16.0%, Shallot 12.0%, Garlic 10.0%, Salt 10.0%, Galangal 5.0%, Spices (Kaffir Lime Peel, Coriander, White Pepper) 5.0%
Directions:
- Stir Kanokwan Panang Curry Paste with 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk until oil appears on top.
- Add 300-400g. of any kind of meat. Stir until cooked. Add ½ cup (120 ml) of water and wait until boiled.
- Adjust the seasoning. (Suggestion: 5 tsps of sugar, 1 tsp of fish sauce or salt).
- Sprinkle with sliced kaffir lime leaf and sliced fresh long red chilli.
