Dumpling Noodle Soup Recipe (Vegan Friendly)

A deliciously easy vegan dumpling noodle soup, featuring Ajinomoto Vegetable Dumplings and Omnipork vegan ‘pork’ style mince. This recipe has soft chewy noodles in a rich savoury sauce and is topped with dumplings for extra bite and flavour. This is the perfect fuss free fish to enjoy anytime. 

 

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat the oil in a wok pan over a medium heat and add the garlic, ginger and paprika. Quicky stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  2. Next, add the minced pork and soy sauce then stir fry until cooked through for roughly 2 minutes. 
  3. Follow by adding the vegetable stock and a teaspoon of salt, allowing to simmer for a few minutes. Then turn off the heat and stir in the cooked noodles.
  4. Next, cook the frozen vegetable dumplings according to the packet instructions. For the best result, steam cook the frozen dumplings. 
  5. Serve the noodle soup into your desired bowl, top with 3 cooked vegetable dumplings and garnish with spring onions. 
  6. Optional: Serve with additional vegetables like Pak Choi, Shiitake Mushrooms or Chinese Cabbage
